Key Features
  • Automatic welding manipulators are available in light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty, and extra-heavy-duty types, based on the load capacity at the front end of the boom.
  • Different structural configurations are available, including fixed, traveling, fixed with rotation, and traveling with rotation.
  • The boom is designed for horizontal extension and vertical lifting, with controlled deflection and an anti-fall device for safer operation.
  • The front end of the boom is fitted with an adjustment mechanism (cross-type) that can be controlled by remote, which can make it easier to position the welding head more accurately.
  • The guide wheel shaft uses an eccentric design to reduce the gap between the rollers and the guide rail.
  • Column rotation can be configured in manual or motorized form, and the locking system after rotation can be manual or pneumatic.
  • The electrical system includes a control cabinet and remote control box, and it can also be connected with welding positioners and turning rolls to form a more complete automatic welding system.
