Welding Positioner

Welding positioners are available in several forms, including gear tilt, elevating, headstock tailstock, rotary table, and other rotating designs, so different workpieces can be placed in a more suitable position for welding or assembly. Instead of forcing the operator to work around the part, these positioners raise, rotate, or tilt the table or support structure to bring the workpiece to the angle needed for the job. They can also be used together with welding manipulators, robots, and other equipment as part of an automatic welding system, and special designs can be provided for different workpiece types and fabrication requirements.

    1. Gear Tilt Welding Positioner

Designed for welding and assembly work that requires controlled tilting, gear tilt welding positioners help place workpieces at a more suitable angle for the job.

    1. Elevating Welding Positioner

Elevating welding positioners lift, rotate, and tilt workpieces to place them in the ideal position for welding or assembly.

    1. Cradle Welding Positioner

Cradle welding positioners are heavy-duty machines that support workpieces in a secure cradle, allowing them to rotate and tilt during welding or assembly.

    1. Dual Column Welding Positioner

Equipped with two sturdy columns supporting either side of the table, dual column welding positioners lift and hold large workpieces in place, allowing them to be rotated or tilted for easier welding access.

    1. Welding Rotary Table

Welding rotary tables provide a stable horizontal surface that can rotate workpieces during welding or assembly. By turning the workpieces smoothly, the rotary tables allow welders to reach all areas without manually repositioning the workpiece.

    1. Headstock Tailstock Welding Positioner

Headstock tailstock welding positioners hold long workpieces securely at both ends, allowing them to rotate and tilt as needed for welding or assembly.
