Steel box beam assembling machine is a specialized gantry-type system for high-precision assembly and spot welding of "U-shape" and "Box-shape" structural steel columns.

Operational Process
    1. Material Loading Plates are placed onto the conveyor system equipped with auxiliary centering devices.
    1. Positioning & Clamping The motorized traveling gantry enters the work zone. Upper and side hydraulic cylinders mounted on the gantry precisely compress the web and flange plates into the required configuration.
    1. Spot Welding Integrated spot welding is performed on the clamped sections. The gantry travels along the workpiece to complete the welding process across its full length.
    1. Discharge Once assembly is finalized, the finished workpiece is transported to the next production stage via the conveyor rollers.

  • Robust Gantry Structure: The main traveling gantry is engineered with advanced stress-relief treatments after welding to ensure long-term structural integrity, safety, and operational life.
  • High-Stability Rail Design: The system utilizes standard 38kg/m heavy-duty rails. High-strength tie rods connect parallel rails to prevent outward deformation (spreading) caused by the reaction forces of the hydraulic cylinders, ensuring consistent assembly quality.
  • Automated Conveyor System: The heavy-duty conveyor is driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer and chain drive, facilitating smooth material handling during both the assembly and transfer phases.
  • Integrated Hydraulic System: All pressure-regulating components and clamping devices are strategically arranged on the moving gantry for centralized control and maximum efficiency.
