Steel H-Beam Assembly Machine

Steel H-beam assembly machine automatically aligns and spot-welds web and flange plates into precise H-beam configurations for heavy-duty structural fabrication. Our H-beam assembly machine utilizes hydraulic automatic centering for flange and web clamping. The Z20B model steel beam assembly machine offers an exceptional balance of versatility and cost-efficiency, featuring a wider application range than comparable steel beam machines. Its specialized web clamping system, featuring four sets of guide rollers arranged in a dual-layer structure, is designed to correct web curvature and eliminate "tail-wagging" during assembly, ensuring high-precision positioning.

Key Features
  • Wide Application Range: Accommodates flange widths of 150–800mm, web heights of 160–2000mm, and plate thicknesses of 6–80mm, covering both light and heavy steel requirements.
  • Enhanced Stability: The upper clamping cylinder uses a rectangular rail embedded in large eccentric rollers, ensuring a stable lifting structure and easy adjustment.
  • Automatic Centering: Eliminates manual measurement and adjustment during the assembly process, significantly saving time and labor.
  • Web Correction & Precision: The web clamping mechanism features four sets of guide rollers arranged in a dual-layer structure. This design allows the steel beam machine to straighten uneven web plates during the centering process, ensuring superior assembly accuracy.
  • Durability & Precision: The hydraulic centering system utilizes screw-driven rectangular rails, which are highly resistant to wear. Replaceable wear-resistant gaskets allow for easy restoration of precision, maintaining a theoretical assembly accuracy of ≤1mm.
  • Coplanar Precision Welding: The upper pressure wheel is positioned on the same plane as the spot-welding torch. By performing spot welding immediately after the plates are fully compressed and aligned, the system achieves exceptional structural consistency.
  • Intelligent Spot Welding: The automatic spot welding mechanism uses cylinder-driven floating guide wheels to track seams accurately without manual intervention. It supports both centered and eccentric H-beam assembly.
  • Integrated Drive Design: The drive motor is housed within the main machine body and protected by a dedicated casing. This integrated design saves workspace, prevents accidental damage to the motor, and maintains easy access for routine maintenance. (Note: Proper orientation must be confirmed during equipment installation).
